This summer sees another combination of the Beaches International Jazz Festival and two experts at photographing musicians - Kristine King and Roger Humbert - celebrating the 20th year of the festival.

Kristine King is a member of the Jazz Journalists Association, the Canadian Association of Journalists, and Editorial Photographer's of New York. Her work can be seen on her Web site at http://www.kriskingphoto.com  .

Roger Humbert is Managing Editor and Photo Reporter for The Live Music Report. Many examples of his work can be found on the Report's Web site at

Kristine and Roger will conduct separate sessions, with both attending a sit-down session later to review each participant's portfolio from the Festival. Your portfolio of musicians at work can be shot during the Festival at the Woodbine Park kick-off July 18-20, at Streetfest along Queen Street July 24-26, and at the main venue in Kew Gardens July 26-27.


The sessions will be held at the Toronto Camera Club, 587 Mount Pleasant Road (east side, below Eglinton). Times are:

* Kristine King on Wednesday, July 16, 7:30-9:00 p.m.
* Roger Humbert on Wednesday, July 23, 7:30-9:00 p.m.
* Portfolio review session with Kristine and Roger on Wednesday, July 30, 7:30-9:00 p.m.
