The Toronto Camera Club offers regularly scheduled image evaluation workshops. The schedule is designed to ensure that Members can receive feedback on images, before submitting them to our internal competitions.
Below are information points relating to the sessions.
- Informal critique in a friendly & non-competitive format
- 3 rounds, each with 3 sessions - pictorial, nature & creative
- Set up to precede the corresponding competition entry due dates
- No marks given – no awards either
- Makers are anonymous
- Panel of 3 advanced / masters members
- Images are evaluated by the panel for strength / weakness
- Makers can make adjustments and may chose to enter them into competition
- Up to 3 images sent to moderator directly – not website upload
- 1400 x 1050 pixels, sRGB, jPEG (Identical to images submitted to internal competitions)
- Include makers' names, and numbered according to priority, titles ( optional )
- Wednesdays 7:30-9:30 PM on ZOOM only
- Use weekly club meeting Zoom link
- All members are welcome to attend whether you have submitted images or not.
