Toronto Camera Club Summer Program - 2026

<p>Image Credit: Gareth Jones, Cyclone World</p>During the Summer, the Toronto Camera Club hosts a series of Summertime Zoom Meetings open to all Club Members and the public – so feel free to invite your friends.

The Meetings start at 7:30pm and last for approx. 2 hrs.

Each Meeting has a particular theme – which is announced regularly in the Club’s free Newsletter and everyone is invited to have some fun with the challenges, using the theme. You can sign-up for the free Newsletter, here.

The Meetings and Themes are:

  • June 24, 2026 Monochrome Images: Anything you wish, your choice.
  • July 8, 2026 Technique Images: Long exposures; Multiple exposures; High Key images, etc.
  • July 22, 2026 Architecture/Buildings – Interior or Exterior: Anything you wish, your choice.
  • August 5, 2026 Abstracts or Macro Images: Anything you wish, your choice.
  • August 19, 2026 Artistic: Images that for you clearly suggest or capture an artistic interpretation of the subject(s) be that a person, a building, a field, an animal, etcetera, etcetera.
  • September 2, 2026 Anything you want! The images will be used to play our traditional End of Summer Bingo Game – so join us for some fun!

Notes:

  1. Everyone is invited to submit up to 3 images for the evening, but the files must be named as follows: “Title by Maker”. For example: “Harbourfront by Gareth Jones”.
  2. Additionally, please let me know if you’d like people to comment on your images or not at the meeting.
  3. Images should be sized as follows: no more than 1400pixels horizontal and/or 1050 pixels vertical, and be less than 2MB in size.
  4. Images should be sent to, no later than end of the day, Monday, before the scheduled Meeting date.
