Hi ,

- Please note that we have a 10:00am to Noon Maintenance window for the website, every Wednesday. Please ensure that you logout of the website before 10:00am on Wednesday. Otherwise, the Administrator will have to terminate your session manually. Thank you for your cooperation

- Please note that you have to specify your Membership Number for the UserName, when you login.

- If you try to login, unsuccessfully, for three times, you will be locked out of the website for 20 minutes. Wait, then comeback and try again. This feature protects your information from password-cracking bots.

- If you want to reset your password, click Forgot Password on the login panel, specify your email address, then check your email for instructions.

- Your Website Information: Members, when you login, on the menu above, note that you can edit your TCC Information. You have the ability there to change your own password.

Passwords have a minimum length of 12 and require at least,
1 uppercase + 1 lowercase + 1 number + 1 special character.
Here are some examples of special characters: !@#$%^&*

- Please check your information (Contact & Personal Information and Competition tabs), and update any information that is outdated.
