On April 3, 2026, a large group of Toronto Camera Club members gathered at Agenda Café in the Little Italy area of Toronto for the annual Good Friday Procession.
Club members spent the majority of time photographing the marshalling area outside St. Francis of Assisi Parish. This area offered many opportunities under the warm sun for candid and posed portraits of procession participants, family members and spectators. Many were in their religious robes, uniforms and period dress. Marching band members milled about with their brass instruments. There was plenty of opportunity for street photography with participants who were friendly and proud to share their heritage.
Some Club members gathered for a meal and socializing at a Pizzeria close by. The meal and our conversations were a great way to end the Good Friday local outing.
