ROLLEIKIN C 120 to 135 converter kit. These kits were most likely created to allow Rolleiflex TLR's to use Kodachrome 35mm film, which was very popular with amateur photographers and camera club members from the 1950's to the 1990's. These kits come up from time to time though they are often missing parts and/or are very difficult to install with the various Rollei bodies. So: buyer beware!
